The QuantumPak Q800-CG Continuous Band Sealer is crafted to create hermetic seals on a variety of heat-sealable materials with gas-flushing capabilities. It is engineered to operate 24/7 with speeds ranging from 35-40 bags per minute, depending on the bag and product type. The machine is outfitted with convenient digital controls to adjust temperature and speed, enabling the unit to handle different materials and produce dependable seals.

The Q800CG is suitable for 24/7 operation in a wide variety of industries and can hold bags weighing up to 15 lbs.
