(Your Toper or Air-Motion coffee roaster purchase includes our virtual Basic Tek-Pak.)

Our Tek-Pak service plans provide you with expert technical support and assistance, helping you to avoid potential issues and ensure smooth operations from start to finish. With CEPros by your side, you can rest assured that we have your back.

Depending on which Tek-Pak you select, you will receive virtual or on-site site evaluation, installation, and service support:



BASIC TEK-PAK (VIRTUAL)


With our Basic Tek-Pak, we connect with you through voice and video calls to ensure you’re fully prepared for your roaster receipt and installation:


  • INITIAL VOICE CALL to review upcoming installation specifics:
    • Confirm clearances, space, pad, access, necessary equipment, permitting, and other requirements.

  • FOLLOW-UP VIDEO CALL before installation for visual confirmation:
    • Space planning
    • Measurements
    • HVAC and utility discussion

  • VIDEO SUPPORT CALL at the time of roaster installation.

  • FOLLOW-UP VOICE CALL post-install to confirm your roaster is functioning correctly. 


SHOP INSTALL-PAK (ON-SITE)



Our Shop Install-Pak includes a licensed CEPros Tek-Net technician on-site to:



  • CONDUCT SITE EVALUATION to confirm clearances, space, pad, access, necessary equipment, permitting, and other requirements. 

  • CONFIRM CONTRACTORS (electrical, fuel, water, chimney, and utility and HVAC) are lined up for a seamless roaster setup. (They will also work with you before their arrival to ensure this is done.)

  • HELP WITH ROASTER SETUP (uncrate, install, and commission).

  • TRAIN YOU (and your team, if applicable) how to technically operate your roaster. (Note: This does not include how to roast coffee.) 



INDUSTRIAL INSTALL-PAK (ON-SITE)



Our Industrial Install-Pak includes licensed CEPros Tek-Net technicians on-site to:



  • CONDUCT SITE EVALUATION to confirm clearances, space, pad, access, necessary equipment, permitting, and other requirements.

How many service packages do you offer?

Our Tek-Net provides four service packages: Basic Tek-Pak (virtual support), Shop Install-Pak, Industrial Install-Pak, and a Maintenance-Pak. The Tek-Pak is included with every Toper and Air-Motion purchase. All packages can be purchased for new or Used Elite inventory, and are eligible for inclusion in financing.

Are any Tek-Net service packages included in the purchase of a new roaster?

Yes. Our basic Tek-Pak (virtual phone and video support) is included in the purchase of a new Toper Roaster or Air-Motion Roaster. It, along with our other service packages, can also be purchased for any new or Used Elite roaster in our inventory. Any service package cost is also eligible for financing.
