1. Agreement

OUR PARTNERSHIP.
Think of us like your real estate agent—but for coffee equipment. Just as a home seller grants an agent exclusivity to market their property in exchange for all advertising, marketing, and activity invested upfront, we ask our sellers to give us a 30-day renewable exclusivity to market and sell their equipment. (See Marketing Power to the right.)

This works in your favor. Exclusivity enables our entire team to fully invest in targeted marketing campaigns, strategic SEO & SEM traction, and multiple directories—all to reach qualified buyers without competing listings. Your equipment receives the focused attention it deserves, which helps protect your pricing power, attract serious buyers, and expedite the sale process. Meanwhile, you can relax and keep on roasting.

And if something changes, give us at least a 30-day written notice. With our extensive outreach, your equipment draws consistent interest, and our focus is on closing the sale. Your notice gives us time to wrap up deals in progress or wind down if you've decided to de-list the equipment.

ADVERTISING FEE.
There's never a fee to use our platform or our efforts to advertise, market, represent, and sell your equipment.

YOUR EQUIPMENT PRICE.
Through extensive equipment selling experience and current market research, we can help you identify a number that will position your equipment competitively in the marketplace. Together, we'll find a price that suits you, based on your expectations and the speed at which you want to move your machine. You make the final decision. You're in charge.

OUR COMPENSATION.
We don't subtract a commission or flat fee from your net proceeds. We add an industry-standard broker fee (averaging 15%) to the price you're expecting to receive. And, just like a realtor, we don't get paid until you do.

2. Sales Listing

EQUIPMENT DETAIL.
With our years of equipment expertise and vast current market knowledge, we'll ask all the right questions in preparation to represent your equipment.

We are far from being an equipment listing platform or just brokers. We are industry professionals who not only know and understand the equipment, but also what it takes for relocation and installation. Let our customers tell you their experience with us on our Google Reviews HERE.

CUSTOM LISTING.
We’ll craft a tailored listing for your equipment to be strategically placed on our platform, highlighting its unique features and roasting story, all with your approval.

MARKETING POWER.
We’ll actively promote your equipment through our website, YouTube, SEO & SEM campaigns, social media, targeted emails, industry-associated directories, advertising, and more.

Share your listing URL on social media and forums. If an interested buyer inquires with you, send them our way. We'll manage the inquiries you forward to us.

CONTINUED REPRESENTATION.
We’ll continue to showcase your listing on our site and market it on your behalf for as long as you desire. This keeps your equipment visible to serious buyers and continues to leverage our ongoing marketing efforts.

3. Closing Process

TRANSACT.
Once we locate a buyer, professional negotiate and solidify the sale, along with invoicing, we'll send them an equipment purchase agreement and a sales agreement to you.

IMMEDIATE PAYMENT.
You’ll receive payment upon CEPros receiving the buyer's payment and all pre-arranged logistical arrangements are in place.

This immediate payment will be made before the equipment leaves your possession—working around your schedule for equipment prep and pick-up by the buyer, crating company, or freighting company.

RELOCATION LOGISTICS.
After payments and paperwork, we can go to work on the equipment preparation for relocation, including crating, rigging, tech communications, freighting — everything that is needed for a smooth relocation, working around your timing and needs.
