THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a rare opportunity to acquire a fully operational, thoughtfully designed coffee roastery built from the ground up as an all-electric facility. Every stage of development — including permitting, construction, commercial kitchen licensing, and significant power infrastructure upgrades — has already been completed, saving a new owner substantial time, capital, and complexity.

The business is currently active and producing, with established systems, vendor relationships, and customers purchasing coffee daily. For a buyer seeking immediate entry into specialty coffee roasting or strategic expansion into a high-growth market, this represents a true turnkey operation.

FULLY BUILT & READY FOR SCALE

Designed for efficiency and growth, the roastery can produce over 1,000 lbs of roasted coffee per workday (approximately 3 tons per week on a six-day schedule). Anchored by 6kg and 12kg Air-Motion Roasters, the workflow has been engineered for seamless throughput — from roasting to grinding, packaging, and final boxing.

The facility also includes a K-cup filling and sealing operation, supported by a high-end, water-cooled industrial grinder, enabling diversified product offerings.

Importantly, electrical infrastructure has already been sized to accommodate two additional 12kg electric coffee roasters, providing immediate expansion capability without further construction.

BUSINESS & BRAND VALUE

Beyond equipment, meaningful value exists in the operational ecosystem already in place:

  • Established brand identity and professionally developed design assets
  • Active e-commerce website
  • Existing customer base with recurring purchases
  • Packaging inventory ready for continued production (avoiding typical 3–4 month lead times)
  • Strong vendor relationships with favorable pricing terms
  • Ongoing access to the original design partner for brand continuity

The groundwork has been completed — allowing a new owner to step directly into production and growth.

BACKGROUND

The entrepreneurial owners transitioned from another agricultural industry into coffee roasting and intentionally invested in premium equipment and infrastructure to support long-term scalability and minimize downtime. After nearly two years of successful operation, they are now pursuing a new opportunity, making this exceptionally well-planned facility available.

LOCATION ADVANTAGE

Located just outside Austin, Texas, one of the fastest-growing specialty coffee markets in the United States, the roastery is positioned within a region offering significant expansion potential and strong consumer demand.

FLEXIBLE ACQUISITION OPTIONS

This offering may be acquired:

  • Turnkey, including all equipment, supplies, brand assets, and continued operation at the current leased location (lease assumption available), or
  • Relocated, with all equipment and supplies transferred to a buyer’s preferred facility.

Training and operational transition support are included.

FAQ

Once a Used Elite equipment sale has transacted, what’s involved in relocating the equipment?

Once the seller confirms full payment has been received, CEPros will move on the previously scheduled equipment prep and engage the crating company and freight company. Or, if optioned, CEPros will facilitate a buyer pick-up.

CEPros requires crating companies to take photos of the equipment crating that are reviewed and approved by us before freight is scheduled.
This assures a safe equipment transport.

Once the crating photos have been approved, CEPros notifies the buyer the equipment is ready to ship and confirms the delivery address and buyer's schedule.

All shipments are insured and include an appointment delivery time that works with your schedule.
