The HL-810 series of medium-duty band sealers can be used for all types of thermoplastic materials and bags. Includes dry ink coding to print numbers or letters on the seal line. Made of durable stainless steel. Standard unit feeds left to right. Maximum load 22lbs.

Band Sealers
If you are looking to speed up your bag sealing operation and really take your production to the next level, then an easy-to-use continuous band sealer is for you. These conveyor style sealers will safely and securely seal many different bag materials making your product visually appealing for a professional look.

Easy to operate
Turn on the power and heat switch of your band sealer. When the preset temperature has been reached, place the bag in the positioning plate. The sealing band carries the bag forward and seals the bag instantly. No pushing or pulling is required.

These band sealers perform sealing and printing at the same time. It is Our stainless steel industrial grade band sealers are ideal for sealing thermoplastic materials (PP, PE, laminates) of any size and length. We carry both horizontal band sealers (bags lay flat on the conveyor), and vertical band sealers (bags are in a standing position on conveyor) which allow our band sealers to be used in a wide range of applications and industries.

Speed
Speeds of band sealers are considerably faster than other types of sealing (up to 472 inches per minute).
