Designed for operation by a single person, this versatile loader can be configured for just about anywhere you want to move coffee beans (and other product). The system comes with a 1.4 cubic foot vacuum chamber, a powerful, quiet remote vacuum with mounting bracket, a remote on/off switch, flexible hoses, an adjustable stainless steel intake wand, and stainless steel fines separator.

Weigh-fill lid if applicable and floor hoppers are sold separately. Can be found in the Loaders and Destoner collections.

APPLICATION
Loading roasted coffee beans into weigh fill machines, grinders, VFFS machines, silos - about anywhere you need to gently move roasted beans. This is the same base loader for green beans into roasters, batchers, silos, etc.

Most roasters do not have a large industrial staff to support the roastery. Many times, jobs that are better suited for two people have to be done by a single person. We design our loaders with a single operator in mind. The lid is very lite, only a few pounds with the screen for whole beans. The single center lid latch prevents reaching around for clamps. Loader for whole beans have no filter in the chamber.
