This green bean coffee loading system made by Coffee Loaders - AAE can convey up to 2,000 lbs. per hour! The system comes with a 1.4 cubic foot vacuum chamber, a powerful remote vacuum with a filter, a remote on/off switch, flexible hose, an adjustable stainless steel wand, stainless steel fines separator, and a round roaster lid. We've vetted this machine out in-person and have been extremely impressed with its quality, features, and performance. It's a "plug-and-play" situation for sure. Wipe it down (machine oil protection for shipping), clip the nylon tie-straps that secure the moving pieces during transport, plug in 90 psi/4.5 cfm air line, and change out the plug to a USA 20amp 3 wire 220v, and off you go!

Cup holder can handle about 150 cups, coffee hopper (with agitator and auger) about 5 lbs. of ground. Lid receptacle about 500. I watched it kick out 25 cups a minute non-stop. Talk about a sweet set up!

This fully-automatic k-cup filling and sealing machine is perfect for those looking to test the market on new products. The HT-F20RS has an upgraded high-speed motor and can quickly produce 15-25 k-cups per minute (depending on the type of cup and coffee). Made from the same solid, quality parts as Haitec's larger machines.

This machine is compatible with 51mm diameter pre-filtered k-cups. Custom cup mold inserts are available for other sizes.

With the cup feeder tube installed, the machine stands 2.5 meters, or 98.5" tall. The cup feeder tube is designed to be modified in height if necessary to fit your application. Local machine shop should be able to size accordingly.
