Coffee Bean Destoner Bin - Resin

This resin destoner bin uses fluidized separation technology to efficiently remove stones, foreign debris, and other dense contaminants from roasted coffee, helping protect downstream equipment and ensure product quality.

The system requires no adjustments when switching between roast profiles or coffee varieties, making operation simple and consistent. A conveniently located, easy-to-remove stone collection drawer at the base of the unit allows for quick cleaning and maintenance.

Designed to integrate seamlessly with AAE's loader, this system combines the functions of a portable hopper, destoner, and loader into a single streamlined solution, reducing the equipment footprint and simplifying workflow. The integrated 3-cubic-foot hopper holds up to 80 pounds of roasted coffee.

The unit features a 2-inch vacuum outlet, includes its own support stand, and is mounted on heavy-duty casters for easy mobility throughout the roastery. A vacuum loader is required for loading functionality.

The Destoner can be used to remove green beans from a dark roast. It often will catch them from a light roast as well. It is the only destoner that makes that claim. That is clear evidence that it is the best destoner for removing dense particles that are close to the density of a roasted bean.

Easy to use! No disassembly required when removing stones. Just open the stone drawer and you will find a small screen holding the stones.
