Comes with everything you need: a lower shoot attached with 2 thumb screws to fill smaller bags, pop that off to fill larger bags. Perfect design.

Lid for Roasters & Weigh Fill Loaders

AAE stocks these optional lids for most coffee roasters, weigh-fill machines, grinders, and can also make a custom lid to fit any hopper. The lids are very light, only a few pounds. A single center lid latch prevents reaching around for clamps. Comes with handles for easy installation and removal for cleaning or servicing equipment beneath.

For weigh fill machines using ground coffee, there is an additional filter system to vent the coffee bean dust.

The Destoner Bin by Coffee Loaders

Coffee Loaders/AAE manufacturing uses fluidized separation technology to separate stones and other debris including green beans from your roasted coffee. These destoners need no adjustments when changing from roast to coffee. The easy to remove stone drawer is located at the bottom of the bin.

It connects directly to their coffee loaders, duplicating efforts of a portable hopper, destoner, and a loader. Has a 3 cubic foot bin capacity and holds 80 lbs. of coffee.

Removes foreign contaminants from the roasted beans before grinding and bagging, like stones, metal, glass, twigs, etc.

The Coffee Loaders-AAE Classic DeStoner — a fully automatic, traditional-style, roasted bean loading and fluid bed destoning system — will work for any roaster up to 60 kg.
