Logical Machines S-4 Semi-Automatic Scale System

The Logical S-4 Semi-Automatic Scale System is an ideal choice for businesses transitioning from manual scooping to automation. This machine's supply hopper, electromagnetic vibratory feeder, weigh hopper, and controller work together to deliver accurate, automated filling of your bulk product.

When the target weight is reached, the controller stops the feeder and the weigh hopper opens to quickly and accurately fill your container. Once the bag is sealed, a new fill cycle is ready to begin. Can set on a table top or included metal powder-coated chassis.

Simply select your weigh hopper size for large or small, a discharge funnel to match, and the spout(s) for your bag(s) application.

The control panel handles up to 100 programs!

We've vetted this machine out in-person and have been extremely impressed with its quality, features, and performance. It's a "plug-and-play" situation for sure. Wipe it down (machine oil protection for shipping), clip the nylon tie-straps that secure the moving pieces during transport, plug in 1/2" air line, and change out the plug to a USA 30amp 3 wire 220v, and off you go!

Cup holder can handle about 150 cups, coffee hopper (with agitator and auger) about 5 lbs. of ground. Lid receptacle about 500. I watched it kick out 25 cups a minute non-stop. Talk about a sweet set up!

This fully-automatic k-cup filling and sealing machine is perfect for those looking to test the market on new products. The HT-F20RS has an upgraded high-speed motor and can quickly produce 15-25 k-cups per minute (depending on the type of cup and coffee). Made from the same solid, quality parts as Haitec's larger machines.

This machine is compatible with 51mm diameter pre-filtered k-cups. Custom cup mold inserts are available for other sizes.

With the cup feeder tube installed, the machine stands 2.5 meters, or 98.5" tall. The cup feeder tube is designed to be modified in height if necessary to fit your application. Local machine shop should be able to size accordingly.
