3kg San Franciscan SF-6 Used Coffee Roaster

2021 model — NEVER OUT OF ORIGINAL CRATE

Why settle for ordinary when you can have extraordinary? This classic 2021 San Franciscan SF-6 is more than an incredible coffee roasting machine; it's a time capsule of innovation waiting for the right person to unleash its potential. Could that be you?

This gorgeous matte black and gold roaster is itching to burst out of its original plastic and crate to start pumping out the green! At 3kg capacity, it's ready to consistently deliver 2.2 pounds (1 kg) to 6.6 pounds (3 kg) of green coffee per batch.

Why hasn't this little black beauty seen the light of day? The short story is that the seller didn't get around to setting it up. Roasting coffee wasn't a full-time gig; throw in COVID and its ability to throw curve balls, and, well, you can guess the rest of the story.

But! The silver lining here is that this beautiful 2021 coffee roaster is ready for your shop, in immaculate shape, and ready to go at a 2021 price. Its cart even includes extra heavy-duty wheels, which the seller added at the manufacturer's for easier mobility.

Located in Mountain West USA, it runs on 110v and is fueled by propane. It can be swapped to natural gas with a kit from San Franciscan if required. 30,000 BTUs on this 3kg machine.

And yes! It has a data port for Cropster/Artisan roast profile connection.

Ready for the extraordinary? Click for quote, call us @ 855.585.2500 or call/text Rick direct @ 949.289.8083 for additional details and next steps. It's ready to go!

The SF-6: 6lb/3kg Drum Small Batch Coffee Roaster

(From San Franciscan Roasters)

The SF-6 is one of the San Franciscan Roaster Company’s most popular roasters. Due to its robust platform which roasts from 2.2 pounds (1 kg) to 6.6 pounds (3 kg) of green coffee per batch, the SF6 is perfect for cafes and coffee houses.

Our special farmers market kit gives roastmasters the ability to easily transport the SF6 to farmers markets, fairs, and festivals. The kit includes Amish-made hickory cartwheels with sealed bearings, rubber tires and steel axel, propane hookup and mount, and handles. This kit can be made to fit on existing SF6 roasters as well.

The SF-6 is robust and attractive, earning it an international reputation as one of the best small batch coffee roasters available today.

Quality Components and Ease of Maintenance

At the San Franciscan Roaster Company, we strive to offer the highest quality products to roastmasters all around the world. In order to achieve this distinction, we make use of only the highest quality materials and specifically design every roaster to make cleaning and maintenance as simple as possible.

The SF-6, as well as all our other roasters, is made with the finest motors and bearings as well as gas and electrical components. The SF6 comes equipped with self-igniting burners and a pressure gauge to monitor BTU output.

Not only are all the component that makes up the SF-6 of the highest quality, but they are also implemented with ease of maintenance in mind. The motors, pipes, and cooling tray are removable for easy cleaning.

Our roasters are known around the world for their superb roasting characteristics, remarkable reliability, and simplicity of use.

Combining Traditional Design With Advanced Technology
Not only is the SF-6 robust and beautiful, but it’s also highly advanced. Just like all our other roasters, the SF-6 includes temperature probes that measure bean mass and the temperature inside the drum. This information is displayed on a dual-digital meter simultaneously during the roast, providing the roastmaster with the exact knowledge they require in order to produce the best roast.

Our small batch coffee roasters are compatible with most data-logging software for coffee roasting. The SF6 comes complete with a gas pressure gauge and hot-air control as well. It will work on either natural gas or propane.

Features of the San Franciscan Roaster™ Model SF-6

What Sets Our Roasters Apart from the Rest

Our roasters are handcrafted with the highest quality materials available.

That’s one of the many reasons why our roasters are known the world over! Our roasters are also scalable, using the same components and general design. For instance, if you train on the SF-1, you’ll be able to transfer those skills over to the SF-75!

Each San Franciscan Roaster perfectly marries old-world style with modern advancements.

We designed our roasters this way in order to produce a machine that’s as useful as it is beautiful. Our roasters include highly responsive temperature probes to measure bean and environmental temperatures. They are also compatible with most coffee data-logging technology. This makes compiling information a breeze so you can produce the perfect roast, every single time.

San Franciscan Roasters offer roastmasters complete control over their roasts.

As such, we can customize your roaster to fit your exact needs and specifications. Our machines are truly one-of-a-kind and are built to last a lifetime.
