2018 Fully Automated Roaster With External Chaff Collector and Catalytic Oxidizer

These findings are just the best, right? Check out this equipment set! It's the ultimate in shop-size coffee roasting equipment. Here's a 25-lb. per batch Diedrich IR-12 coffee roaster with an external chaff collector AND a Diedrich Catalytic Oxidizer. It's a matched set. ALL HAVE NEVER BEEN USED!!!

The Details: One-time owner purchased this set new in 2018 while their new shop was under construction. The equipment showed up and sat in the corner, waiting for its new digs to be ready. Delays resulted in running right into Covid which took them out. The owner has decided to let it go due to a change of life plans.

This is the fully automated version of the classic infrared burner Diedrich IR coffee roaster. When the roast profile is completed, the alarm sounds, the cooler motor and agitator fire up, and the drum door opens, pouring out that consistent Diedrich roast. Load the next 25 lbs. in and hit the button to repeat. Pretty sweet.

This machine kicks out 100 lbs. an hour via four medium roasts @ 12-15 minutes per roast with the ability to roast and cool simultaneously. The oxidizer takes care of the destruction of pollutants (VOCs, PMs, CO), with up to 98% efficiency between 640 and 750 degrees F, as well as the smoke and odor. It's what you call "neighbor-friendly," along with legal air compliance if required.

And yes, the custom vinyl stripes and logo will be taken off prior to crating up. Connecting ducting between all pieces is included as the pictures show.

This machine has never been plugged in or fueled up. It runs on 110v and is set up for natural gas.

Reportedly, the full-auto Diedrich IR-12 is listed at $43,000 today, plus crating fees. The external chaff collector runs about $5,000. Thermal 12kg Diedrich afterburner comes in around $35,000. That's a $83,000 package with wait time. This one is over $10,000 less and ready to go!

INSPECTION
Equipment offered for sale is sold “as is / where is” subject to sale terms and conditions. Used Elite equipment is used and may contain defects or aesthetic Issues. Buyer may inspect the equipment prior to purchase. Inspection is by appointment only. A fully refundable 10% inspection deposit is required to assure seller of intention. PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENTS
All equipment sales will include a DocuSign digital Purchase and Sale agreement executed by the Buyer and Seller.

PAYMENT
Bank Wire Transfer or ACH are the only payment options for Coffee Equipment Pros purchases and Seller payment. The Bank Wire Transfer or ACH must be completed within 5 days of purchase agreement execution or the transaction is void unless otherwise arranged. Coffee Equipment Pros bank wire transfer information will be provided at time of invoice. Used Elite equipment Seller will provide their bank wire transfer information at time of invoice request.

EQUIPMENT RELOCATION
Seller is responsible for equipment decommissioning and disassembly effort and costs. Buyer is financially responsible for equipment preparation and transit. Equipment will be prepared for relocating by professional crating efforts facilitated and monitored by Coffee Equipment Pros Logistics. This includes crate/pallet/wrap/strap progress pictures that will need to be approved. Equipment transportation will be either pick-up by Buyer or Coffee Equipment Pros facilitated freight and/or shipping including timely communications to all parties. International purchases will include customs and documentation arrangements.
