Purchased new by its original owner, this 25-lb.-capacity roaster includes an external cyclone and connecting double-wall stainless ducting. Separate drum-airflow and cooling fans allow simultaneous roasting and cooling, while variable-speed airflow control gives you greater precision.

The seller reports that this roaster is in excellent, fully operational condition with routine maintenance throughout his ownership. Still commissioned, it last roasted in March 2026. The owner is letting this one go because he's moved to a larger roaster for higher throughput.

Runs on natural gas and 110V, with Cropster/Artisan connectivity.
