SHIPPING/FREIGHT
NEW EQUIPMENT
All new equipment purchased through Coffee Equipment Pros will be drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer with our logistics staff monitoring and supporting as needed. This includes communications with our customer regarding timelines, delays, tracking numbers, etc.
USED EQUIPMENT
All used equipment will be subject to written and executed terms and conditions of the sale which will include:
- Seller and Buyer location preparations for delivery exit and receipt.
- Seller timeline for equipment decommissioning and disassembly in preparation for pick-up either buy crating company or buyer directly.
- Crating company scheduling, facilitation, and management.
- Freight company scheduling, facilitation, and management.
- If Buyer pick-up optioned, timeline, facilitation, and management of arrival and equipment loading.
- If International, CEPros will coordinate efforts with freight, shipping, port, customs, and domestic freight.
Insurance of 125 % value is included on all shipping.
