Join us for a practical, in-person workshop for coffee roasters interested in tracking and perfecting their roast profiling with technology.
Cropster representative Otto Becker will be joining us in person to walk through practical ways roasters can use Cropster to better understand roast data, improve consistency, manage production, and make more informed roasting decisions.
Then we’ll put some of those ideas into practice with live roasts on an Air-Motion Roaster (AMR), an all-electric air roasting system featuring a unique open-chamber design.
You’ll also have time to meet other area coffee professionals, ask questions, and explore the CEPros Roastery Showroom, where we have a variety of new and used roasting and production equipment up and running.
Light snacks and refreshments will be provided.

Experience Air-Motion Roasting
See an Air-Motion Roaster operating live. AMR uses high-velocity air rather than a traditional drum to move and roast the coffee, providing a very different approach to heat transfer, airflow, roast control, and chaff management.
Explore the CEPros Roastery Showroom
Take a look around our working roastery and showroom, see a variety of new and used equipment, and talk shop with other Central Texas coffee professionals.
No formal sales presentation. Just a chance to learn, roast, ask questions, meet people, and see some interesting equipment in action.
