Coffee Equipment Pros (CEPros) has opened a new 2,100-square-foot roastery showroom in Spicewood, Texas, just outside Austin, bringing its online-first equipment business into a physical space designed for hands-on learning and demonstration. Founded in January 2023, the expansion reflects several years of work toward creating a place where customers can experience equipment in action—either in person or virtually.

The Central Texas location serves as both a showroom and logistics hub, with meeting space and room to stock select in-demand equipment, helping shorten delivery timelines. CEPros partners with more than 30 manufacturers and offers new ancillary roastery equipment for bean handling, packaging, weigh-fill, sealing, and K-Cup production, along with a rotating inventory of more than 100 used roasters from brands such as Loring, Probat, Diedrich, Mill City Roasters, and San Franciscan.

Designed as a fully electric “Roastery of the Future,” the showroom is anchored by 3kg and 6kg Air-Motion Roasters, for which CEPros is the exclusive North American distributor. The showroom also demonstrates a complete, modern roasting workflow from green to packaged coffee, with more than 15 pieces of equipment. The layout includes destoners, weigh-fill machines, band sealers, afterburner alternative, K-Cup filler and sealer, bench scale, floor hopper, grinder, and more.
